Meticulous attention is paid to the design and production of each limited edition piece. This standard of quality extends to the quality fabrics and detailed outfits that bring out the character and beauty of each individual doll.
Shipping Policies - Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
If we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item. If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional charge by UPS to correct the address, the amount charged will be billed to the customer.
All shipments fot Alaska, Hawaii and Purerto Rico will be shipped via the U. S. Postal Servicel
International orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Customer can choose their preferred method of shipping. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
International shipping is by U. S. Postal Service. Shipping charges will be according to weight of package.
Customer will be notified by E-mail when product is shipped. No charges to your credit card will be incurred until item is shipped.
